Not far from the Mediterranean, Domaine Les Yeuses is near Mèze in the Languedoc region.
Domaine Les Yeuses has more than 60 hectares of vineyards, planted with Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Vermentino, Viognier, Syrah, Merlot, Muscat … Given the warm climate combined with a maritime influence and chalky soil, these varieties make some of the best wines in the region.

Pruning is one of the most important jobs. The quantity and quality of the next vintage depends on the pruner leaving precisely the right amount of buds on each vine. The ploughing and spraying is done by the permanent staff at Domaine Les Yeuses. Founder: Jean-Paul and Michel Dardé.

The entire winemaking process is closely supervised by an œnologist.

Jean-Paul and Michel Dardé work together with winemaking consultants to ensure the best results from the soil, vines, grapes and climate.

On our bottling line, we use different types of cork (natural and plastic) and have also offered screw caps since last year.
